Shortly after completing your order, you'll receive an email with download links for every image kit purchased on your order. If you purchase more than one item, or if the files are big, you'll receive more than one link. To download your new image(s), simply click on the link to start the download process!

After the download is complete, your image(s) will arrive in a zip file which contains a collection of images. Unzipping your file is as easy as clicking of the downloaded zip file and extracting the images to a location of your choice on your hard-drive. If you haven't program to open the .zip files the freeware and open-source program for Win, Mac, and Linux is this: http://www.7-zip.org/download.html

Our files collection may be used to create items for personal use and/or to create small, limited edition, handcrafted items offered for sale at craft fairs, online craft sites (Etsy, Artfire, etc.)

If you can not download or open the downloaded file, try re-download it again, could be corrupted during download.

If you still can not open the downloaded file can be that you're not familiar with the compressed files (zip). When sending many files you must compress them, usually in zip format.

The images are in jpg format but to download them all in one download I had to compress them into one file zip.
is very inconvenient to send many files without compressing them, you should download them one by one.

You should unpack the zip file and inside you'll find a folder with all the jpg images.
All operating systems should have a suitable program to compress and decompress files zip.

If you haven't any program to open the .zip files is possible to use the freeware and open-source program 7-zip for Win, Mac, and Linux and it's available here:

You do not know how to unpack the images?
Usually, after you download the compressed file, simply double-click to open a window from which to choose Unzip.
If you have problems I suggest you ask for help from a friend. Learn how to unzip the files may be useful in many other occasions.

If you do not have problems with the zip file and have tried downloading several times to no avail, please contact me, I will send you an alternate link.

The images in my shop are taken from CD or downloaded from the Internet and only when I do not find indications of the presence of Rights.
Then I optimize and assemble in collections, In fact, the asking price is for my work, not for pictures.
I have not found indications of Rights, but it may be that there are!
For this reason I say to my store to use the images for small productions.
